The bank does not require out-of-the-pocket payment of fees and other charges for loan transactions.
Applicable fees and charges will be deducted from the loan proceeds should the loan application be
approved and actually availed of by the applicant.
The total time required to process a loan application depends on the type of loan availed of. For
new salary loan account, processing will take two (2) to three (3) banking days.
As for all loan applications, the amount you can borrow is determined by how well your application
meet our lending criteria and credit conditions. Our employees can provide you with complete
information about our lending products and the loan application process.
Yes, borrowers can pay over-the-counter. For salary loan borrowers, however, we encourage automatic
payroll deduction for the monthly amortization due.
As an individual depositor, you may just visit any RBPI bank office and bring along with you your

Yes, you may deposit without your passbook. For you to be immediately updated with your deposit
balance, we highly recommend that you present your passbook every time a deposit to the account is
made.

made.Yes. Given RBPI’s interoperability within its banking network ( its branches and other other
banking offices), a depositor can access and withdraw from his/her account at any RBPI Branch.
You can conveniently obtain another passbook by simply accomplishing a pre-printed Affidavit of Loss
for just a minimal charge of Php 150.00 for the notarial fee and Php 100.00 for the replacement
passbook.
You can update your personal details by visiting any Rural Bank of Pilar (Sorsogon), Inc. branch or
Branch-lite Unit (BLU) near you. Kindly bring the necessary documents needed for further review and

All branches and Branch-Lite Units (BLUs) are open from Mondays to Fridays from 8:30am to 3:00pm
with no noon break.
Our banking offices are located in the Municipalities of Pilar, Casiguran, Castilla, Bulan, and
Sorsogon City in the province of Sorsogon; and in Bacacay and Daraga in the province of Albay.
