Branch Manager
This role is responsible for the overall management of a branch, including leading marketing efforts and achieving sales and operational targets. It involves developing strategic plans and budgets to ensure the branch meets its goals on time. The position also focuses on building strong customer relationships to attract and grow business while maintaining excellent service. Moreover, it requires managing and guiding branch personnel to ensure productivity and target achievement. The role includes hiring, training, and motivating employees to create a positive and high-performing work environment.
Microfinance Unit Head
Responsible for validating and confirming the information provided by microfinance loan applicants. Supervises microfinance staff and oversees the overall performance of the Microfinance Unit. Develops and implements strategies to achieve set targets and goals, ensuring efficient operations and quality service.
Account Executive
The holder of this position is responsible in marketing regular loan products of the Bank to prospective clients and maintain business relationship with existing clients. It is responsible for generating new loan accounts and managing the loan portfolio based on targets or approved plans. The position also involves developing loan policies and ensuring proper documentation and compliance. Additionally, it requires preparing and submitting reports on loan status to management.
Credit Investigator
Responsible for evaluating loan applicants by conducting credit investigations, validating businesses or projects, and assessing their financial capacity and ability to repay loans. The role includes reviewing financial and credit information, conducting field inspections of collateral, preparing valuation reports, and providing accurate recommendations to support loan evaluation and approval.
Account Officer
The position is responsible for promoting the Bank's products and services, acquiring and maintaining client relationships, and supporting business growth through field marketing activities. It also involves collecting loan payments, recovering past-due accounts, and ensuring timely collections through effective communication, negotiation, and customer service while serving as a key link between the Bank and its clients.
Bank Security Officer
The holder of this position is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the bank’s premises, personnel, clients, and assets. This role involves monitoring activities within and around the bank, enforcing security protocols, and responding to incidents or emergencies. The position holder plays a key role in preventing theft, fraud, and unauthorized access, while also supporting customer service and maintaining a secure environment.

Train With Us
On-The-Job (OJT) Trainee
The regular OJT program accommodates qualified students with favorable endorsements from their schools to undergo internship prior to graduation. It familiarizes students with real banking operations and management, augmenting their academe-based training.
We partner with various institutions to support this program by assigning course-related work and exposing student-interns to actual banking practices. Duration depends on academic requirements.
