Branch Manager
Attends to clients with routine financial transactions on a daily basis. Responsible for accounting, safekeeping of money, checks, accountable forms, and credit files.
Cashier
Oversees daily tellering operations, ensuring accurate processing of deposits, withdrawals, loan transactions, checks, and money transfers. Balances daily transactions and promptly identifies discrepancies. Provides customer service by assisting clients with their financial needs. Promotes and advises clients on the bank’s products and services.
Remedial Management Specialist
Manages past-due accounts, formulates collection strategies, conducts fieldwork, and negotiates settlements to minimize loan losses.
Account Executive
Responsible for marketing bank products, evaluating loan applications, building client relationships, and supporting business growth initiatives.
Account Officer
Markets bank products, evaluates loan applications, builds client relationships, and supports business growth initiatives at the ground level.
IT Specialist
Troubleshoots computer issues and provides technical support to employees, clients, and system users. Maintains and manages computer hardware and network infrastructure.
Bank Security Officer
Ensures the safety and security of the bank's premises, personnel, clients, and assets. Monitors activities, enforces security protocols, and responds to incidents or emergencies.
Loans Specialist / Bookkeeper
Provides clerical support in processing regular and microfinance loan applications. Reviews applications, organizes supporting documents, and ensures timely submission for approval.
Microfinance Unit Head
Validates and confirms information provided by microfinance loan applicants. Supervises microfinance staff and oversees unit performance while driving targets and goals.
Utility Personnel
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining company premises and equipment. Upholds company facilities, repairs broken equipment, and complies with health and safety regulations.

Internship Program
Train With Us
On-The-Job (OJT) Trainee
The regular OJT program accommodates qualified students with favorable endorsements from their schools to undergo internship prior to graduation. It familiarizes students with real banking operations and management, augmenting their academe-based training.
We partner with various institutions to support this program by assigning course-related work and exposing student-interns to actual banking practices. Duration depends on academic requirements.
