Business Loan – Term is a long-term loan available for up to 5 years. It is designed to support Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) owners with additional capital or funding for business expansion, equipment acquisition, and modernization needs.

Eligible Loan Purposes:

  • Project Financing
  • Business Extension/Expansion
  • Acquisition of Business Equipment, Vehicle, or Machinery
  • Modernization of Business Facilities
  • Acquisition of Real Estate

Documentary Requirements:

  • Financial Statements (FS) for the last 3 years
  • Bank Statement covering at least 3 consecutive months
  • Proof of income (payslip for applicants with compensation income)
  • Business Permit – Barangay, Municipal, or DTI
  • Cedula
  • Proof of Billing
  • Valid IDs (photocopy) with 3 specimen signatures
  • Picture of Business
