Time Loan Pearl is a personal loan offered to government employees in the absence of Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Bank and the borrower’s employer to support and meet their employees’ financial needs.

Eligible Borrowers:

  • Government employees not more than 55 years old.
  • In active service.
  • Have no pending administrative or criminal cases.
  • In good physical and mental health.

Loan Application Requirements:

  • 1 1×1 or 2×2 ID photo (for new borrower)
  • Photocopy of Valid ID, preferably TIN, SSS or GSIS ID – with three (3) specimen signature.
  • DDR SSS voucher(for SSS pensioner) or GSIS Retirement.
  • Latest payslip (for employed).
