Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) must be duly executed between the Bank and the employer prior to the provision of loan facility. Repayment of loan is through Automatic Payroll Deduction Scheme.

Requirements:

  • Certified true copy of latest payslips for three (3) consecutive months.
  • Summary of monthly deductions.
  • Certification on remuneration from HRMO/Accounting.
  • Photocopy of latest income tax return. – ITR Form 2316.
  • Photocopy of ID (back to back) – with three (3) specimen signatures.
  • Photocopy of Service Appointment and Service record.
