Job Summary:

Responsible in promoting the Bank’s products and services on a daily basis via personal visitation to possible or prospective clients and conduct product orientation and presentation. Implements the planned marketing strategies and activities when reaching out to possible clients to achieve the set targets and goals.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Microfinance, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or any related field
  • Preferably with at least 1-year work experience as an Account Officer, Marketing or Sales Associate, or any similar role. Fresh graduates are being encouraged to apply.

Job Summary:

Responsible in marketing regular loan products of the Bank to prospective clients and maintain business relationship with existing clients. Bring in new business and maintain the loan portfolio based on the set targets or approved business plan.

  • Preferably with at least 2 years’ work experience handling an Account Executive or Sales & Marketing position, or any similar role

Job Summary:

Responsible in helping clients with routine financial transactions. Initial point of contact of clients and is expected to verify their identification, process deposits and withdrawals, and facilitate other financial transactions.

  • Preferably with 3 years’ work experience handling IT or similar roles
  • Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Summary:

Responsible in the actual validation and confirmation of the data provided by the microfinance loan applicants. Supervises the microfinance staff and is responsible for the overall performance of the Microfinance Unit.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Microfinance, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or any related field
  • Preferably with at least 2 years’ work experience handling a supervisory or managerial role and with adept knowledge and experience in Microfinance

Reviews loan applications, organizing additional application materials, and submitting applications on schedule.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Financial Management, Banking & Finance, Economics, or any related field
  • Preferably with at least 2 years’ work experience handling a Loans Processor role or any similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Summary:

On-The-Job (OJT) Trainee

The regular OJT program accommodates qualified students with favorable endorsements from their respective schools to undergo internship prior to graduation.  The program is intended to adequately familiarize students with the actual office operations and management of the bank, thereby augmenting their academe-based formal training.

Rural Bank of Pilar (Sor.) Inc., as an industry partner, continues to tie up with various academic institutions to support this program by giving the student-interns course-related work assignments and expose them to actual learning experiences. The duration of training is determined by the fixed period or the number of hours required by the academic institution per course.

The program is open to graduating students who are recommended by their respective schools/ university to undergo on-the-job training during their regular school terms.
