Business Loan – TERM is a long-term loan for a maximum term of  5 years.  It is intended to provide Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) owners with accessible, affordable and safe credit facility for additional capital or business expansion to meet the urgent funding need of their growing businesses. Below are the specific loan purposes:

  • Project Financing
  • Business Extension/Expansion
  • Acquisition of Business Equipment / Vehicle / Machinery
  • Modernization of Business Facilities
  • Acquisition of Real State.

Documentary Requirements:

  • Financial Statements (FS) for three (3) consecutive years
  • Bank Statement with transactions for at least three (3) consecutive months
  • Proof of income, preferably payslip for applicants with compensation income
  • Business permit – Barangay/Municipal/DTI.
  • Cedula.
  • Proof of billing.
  • Valid I.D`s (Photocopy) with three (3) specimen signatures. 
  • Picture of Business.
