The Color Blue

Blue is a color that relates to trust, honesty and dependability. For the past 50 years Rural Bank of Pilar (Sorsogon), Inc. has been one the most trusted rural banks in the region because of its honesty, dependability and stability.

Blue also indicates confidence, reliability and responsibility. It is said that the color blue also adds strength and unity and brings harmony. We would like to tell our clientele that the trust they hold in us is coupled with reliability and responsibility and strength and unity of all our workforces from the Board of Directors down to the smallest department unit of the bank. We all hold on together so that our dream for this institution shall never die.

These two colors combined together in this logo symbolize the growth and stability that Rural Bank of Pilar (Sorsogon), Inc. would like to project now. After 50 years of existence it has never stopped from growing and has become a solid and stable partner in economic development in our locality. This is Rural Bank of Pilar (Sorsogon), Inc. a growing and stable banking institution serving the needs of the people.

The Shape

The shape is that of two triangles that intertwine with each other in a flight mode upward direction. This shows the movement that Rural Bank of Pilar (Sorsogon), Inc. is going to, propelling itself forward powered by the two colors of growth and stability. The two triangles intertwine as it propels forward and upward because growth and stability needs to be together in order for Rural Bank of Pilar to soar high and reach its ideals, goals and aspirations.

The green triangle also symbolizes the deep faith of the Roces Family, the bank owners. It represents the Holy Trinity, the unity of God the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. For the color green is also the color of hope and faith.
